| Inital Backups können sehr große Dantemengen beinhalten, die nicht sinnvoll mit regulären Backup Jobs übermittelt werden können.
Für Windows-Rechner gibt es die Möglichkeit Initial Backups in kleineren Blöcken (1GB) per ftp zu senden oder auf Festplatte (vorzugsweise ssd) einzuschicken.
