Licenses are created via the customer overview using the action button ...

First, the product for which a license is to be purchased must be selected.
For certain products , the hardware serial number of the appliances must be provided next. This consists of the letters "R" or "SP" followed by 7 digits. It can be found on a sticker on the bottom/rear of the appliances.
