A new user account is only possible with Reseller Account


Since 1.7.2020, our free offer for Dyndns addresses for new registrations has only been available to registered Securepoint Resellers.

Existing user accounts are not affected and can still be used by private individuals.

Why the change?

Our free offer was increasingly misused for illegal offers.
Apart from the administrative work involved in removing such domains, this leads for example to our spDyn domains receiving a lower ranking from other mail servers and thus delays the delivery of emails for our customers.
This is why we only make this service available to registered customers.


  • Resellers can invite their end customers via the reseller portal and assign the role end customer and access to spDYN there.
    In the spDYN portal, these can then be given the role Viewer.

    The following steps are necessary for registration:

    1. Registration in the Reseller Portal
    2. In the menu Resellerportal User create a new user (with  invite user).
      See also the article on User Management in the Reseller Portal.
    3. Once this user has registered, he can also log in to SPDyn using the login data from the Reseller Portal at SPDyn Login.
    4. At the first login you will be asked if there are existing SPDyn hosts that should be taken over.
