Options and Information in the Portal Title Bar

Introduction

The title bar of the Securepoint Portal contains helpful options and information
Tenant

On the left side of the title bar in the Securepoint portal, the dropdown shows the tenant the user is currently logged into.
- If logged in with a reseller account, the dropdown provides access to the reseller tenant and all associated customer tenants.
- The reseller's tenant, also known as the reseller tenant is represented by Tenant
- If logged into the portal with a customer account, the user has access to the associated customer tenant
- The customer's tenant is represented by Tenant
Add new tenants

As a reseller, new tenants can be added directly to the reseller tenant in the portal as soon as these new tenants have a UTM license.
- In the tenant selection menu, scroll down to the selection labeled Not configured
- There, the new, not yet created tenants are listed. Example: TTT-Point Endkunde
- A dialog window opens, in which the process must be confirmed again via the Set up tenant button
- If the required license for creation is not available, the dialog will indicate this
- If creation is necessary, the dialog can be closed via Understood and the new tenant can then be managed in the portal
Notification
Under the speech bubble icon, notifications are listed. The number of unread messages is displayed
- Current unread notifications are marked with a red dot
- To delete a message, hover over it and click the button next to it
- To delete all messages, click the Delete all button
- To delete multiple selected messages, click the button, after this, click the Delete selected only button
Display settings
Under the gear icon, the display settings of the portal can be adjusted.
Under Dark Mode, the dark theme can be enabled od disabled .
B Active users
The logged in active users are displayed with their respective name abbrevation icons.
- If a user logs in multiple times, their abbrevation is shown with the corresponding login count
- If a user switches tenants, the display updates accordingly
- When logged in as an adminitstrator, other active administrators and users logged into the same tenant are also displayed
