Introduction
Using the menu item Partner Search Contact Management in the reseller portal, partners can maintain their own data for the Partner Finder and store additional locations in the Partner Finder.
Function of the partner search
When searching for partners on our website, end customers can find the nearest certified partner based on their specified location. This is a local search. By default, the search covers a radius of 20 km around all certified Securepoint partners.
The search results are sorted before being displayed.
- Professional partners are displayed first, followed by certified partners and finally operator partners.
- notemptyWithin the certification status, the partners with the most certified employees in the certification status are listed first.04.2025
If partners with the same number of certified employees are found in the search results, the partner closest to the searcher is listed first. - In the Professional certification status, the number of certified employees with lower certification levels is also displayed. However, these do not influence the sorting.
User roles and permissions
Access to this function is given by default to the main user of the business account.
The main user is marked with a crown icon in the Resellerportal under .
Add user permissions
The main user can grant another user the permissions needed for this purpose.
- Under click on for the desired user
- In the Role section, click in the box and click on Partnerfinder Contact maintenance
- Changes Save

In the menu you can view the existing contacts. You can also search for specific contacts using the search function.
Add contact
In order to add a new contact, the Add contact button is clicked.
