Description
In rare cases, image-based backups jobs may cause a malfunction (blue screen).
Workaround
This can be remedied by deactivating the CBT driver (Changed Block Tracking):
- Stopping the services of the Securepoint Unified Backup Agent:
- Open the file in which the backup job is saved
Usually under C:\Program Files\Securepoint Unified Backup\Agent\NamedesBackupJobs.vvc - Add a line to deactivate the CBT: EnableCBT = False
