Awareness Next Allowlisting in the UTM
If a UTM is in use, the simulated phishing emails of the Awareness Next Trainings can only be forwarded if allowlisting is configured in the UTM's Mailfilter. Otherwise, the emails will be rejected by the UTM.
If you are not using UTM, you can choose either
- M365 direct delivery for Awareness Next email delivery, or
- approve the IPs and/or domains in Exchange or other email solutions

If multiple mail filters are in use, the exceptions must be entered in each of these mail filters!

Allowlisting Mailserver
It must be ensured that the mail server does not filter emails itself.
To do this, adjust the settings of your email filter accordingly.
