Data protection settings can be made here. If pseudonymization is activated, the Statistics in the portal are pseudonymized and the Unified Security Report is anonymized.

If user names, e-mail addresses, IPs etc. are to be viewed in plain text, the data protection setting in the Unified Security Portal must be deactivated.

Before deactivating the pseudonymization Pseudonymization activated , a dialog box opens in which a reason for the deactivation is entered and this is confirmed via the Confirm button.

An entry is created in the
Privacy level changed to “0”. Reason: Reason
This changes the following circumstances:
- In the Securepoint Mobile Security dashboard, the devices in the statistics are no longer pseudonymized
- The user names, e-mail addresses, IPs etc. are no longer anonymized in the report
- It is possible to create warnings for certain devices in Mobile Security
In addition, the anonymization of services must be deactivated on the UTM, as otherwise the data on the UTM will be anonymized before it is sent to the Unified Security Cloud.
