Enrollment of Android devices from users who do not have access to the Securepoint Mobile Security Portal

Introduction

As an administrator in the Securepoint Mobile Security Portal, it is possible to enroll Android devices of users who do not have access to the portal.
Prerequisite: A user tile must be available for these users under list-general  Users


Enrollment

To add an Android device from a user without portal access to the portal, click on the  Mobile Security Androiddevices button send.

Caption Value Description
Enrollmenttoken rofile: COPE-Profile |••••••••• The desired enrollment token
A message appears if no enrollment token exists:
  1. Close dialog window
  2.  Enroll new device
  3. Configure accordingly and click  Create enrollment token
  4. Close that window and return via { Send invitation
Profile: COPE-Profile The Android profile of the enrollment token
License Mobile Security The license type of the enrollment token. Further information can be found in the wiki article Licenses.
Expires on: 01.01.10000 00:59 The validity period of the enrollment token

E-mail addresses m.mueller<m.mueller@ttt-point.de> The e-mail addresses of users without portal access
An invitation email is sent to these email addresses via the  Send invitation button, which is used to integrate the Android devices into the portal.
