Action log

Actions in the portal are logged in the action log. The following information is displayed:
Caption Description
Licence Shows the corresponding license. Linked to the corresponding entry in the menu  Licenses
Device Shows the associated device. Linked to the corresponding entry in the menu  Devices
Action Operations are listed in plain text.

Status
  • completed
    The process has been completed. The details indicate whether it was successful or not.
  • waiting
    An action is waiting to proceed (e.g., for a response or during refresh, for devices to be updated).
  • outstanding
    An action is in the queue and will be processed next.
  • aborted
    An error occurred during communication between the portal and the client.
  • created
    A workflow has been created
  • running
    The workflow is currently running
Client message Message sent from a protected endpoint (client) to the portal. This message documents events that occurred on the client.
User Displays the portal user who performed the action. Linked to the corresponding entry in the menu   Users
If the action was performed on the client, Client appears without a link.
Start date (with time)
End date (if already completed, with time)
Timeline There are three process phases:
  • Request sent
  • Response received
  • Response successful

If the action was successful, it is marked with a green status indicator. If there are errors, a red status indicator is displayed.
