The Darkweb Scan determines whether highly sensitive data of employees and the company itself is available in the Darkweb (e.g., on websites or forums).

It refers to the employee contacts stored in Awareness Next.

The execution of the Darkweb Scan is chargeable and must be booked separately in the Awareness Next license.
Billing is done for all created employees—regardless of whether Darkweb Scans are performed or not.
The specific costs are included in the current price list

With the button Save you save the current Darkweb Scan. This opens the General Settings of the Darkweb Scan A newly created Darkweb Scan must generally still be activated The settings of the Darkweb Scan can later be opened with a click on the magnifying glass button
General Settings Allgemeine Einstellungen

Contact Book Type		Select an employee with the button    or deselect with
All		Display of all employees. By default, a Darkweb Scan is performed for all employees.
When selecting Groups

Start One-Time Scan Einmalscan Starten
Click on Start One-Time Scan to start a one-time Darkweb Scan. Confirm with OK
Report
The Darkweb Scan results can be downloaded as a PDF file by clicking. The following three reports are available:
All Results		Shows all search results of the Darkweb Scan for the employees
New Incidents		Display of all new results when re-running a Darkweb Scan
Unresolved Results		Shows all Darkweb findings that have not yet been resolved, e.g., by changing login credentials
Scan Results Scan Results
The results of the Darkweb Scan are first displayed graphically. Additionally, you get an overview of which employees are affected, and which sensitive data is present in the Darkweb			Scan result with findings in the Darkweb
Show Resolved Scans		Nach Aktivierung werden nur Scan-Ergebnisse angezeigt, bei denen der betroffene Mitarbeiter das jeweilige Datenleck behoben hat und beispielsweise seine Adobe-Zugangsdaten geändert hat. In diesem Fall stellt man den jeweiligen Eintrag auf ERLEDIGT
Show Only New Results		When activated, it shows previously unresolved scan results. If the problems are resolved and set to RESOLVED   , the entry is dynamically hidden from this view.	New scan results that have not yet been processed
By default, all employees whose data was found in the Darkweb are displayed.
