Create and Edit Employee Contacts

Access: ' Mitarbeiterkontakte

In the menu Employee Contacts, you can see the already created employees.

You can also

• manually anlege create additional employees
• export employees to Excel with one click via Employee Contacts Export Contacts
• delete employees, and
• search for employees

A larger number of employees can also be

• synchronized via M365 or
• importieren imported via an Excel list

Value	Description	[[Datei: ]] Overview of all created employees
Suche	Search for a specific employee
Delete Selected Employees	Deletes multiple contacts marked with a checkbox
Create	Create a new employee (opens a new dialog)
Employee data can be exported to an Excel file with one click via Employee Contacts Export Contacts.
