Introduction

Notifications

It is possible to be notified about newly enrolled in and unenrolled devices from the Securepoint Mobile Security Portal.
Notifications are possible via

  • Pushover
  • Pushbullet
  • Email



New notification

  Add notification adds a new notification.
Caption Value Description
Name Name The name of the service
Topics »Choose topics What should trigger a notification?
You can configure multiple notifications for the same trigger.
»Enrolled device Notification when a device is enrolled to the portal.
»Unenrolled device Notification when a device is unenrolled to the portal.
»Tenant notification Messages that appear in the tenant's notification list are forwarded.
Type Choose a type The type of notification
Pushover Via the service Pushover notifications can be configured.
Securepoint only provides the interface to this service!
Other required information:
Username Username The Pushover username
Token Token The Pushover-Token
Pushbullet The Pushbullet service can be used to configure notifications.

Email Notification by email
More required information:
Recipients »Email Recipient Select the recipients for this notification.
In the clickbox   Users can be selected from the user administration or entered via keyboard.

An eMail with the subject »An event occurred on Securepoint Mobile Security« and the content »A new device has been enrolled« or »A new device has been unenrolled« will be sent.
